Otter
| Otter |
“Pebbles” came to us via a vet in Oxfordshire. Her holt had been flooded and she was forced to find her way out across stony fields, ending up in a garden where she headed for the pond. When she arrived at the hospital, she was very lethargic and obviously missing her mum. We had already spoken to the Otter and Owl Centre near Southampton and decided that the best thing for the otter was to pass her on to the experts. We did look after her for twelve hours, which was a fantastic experience. Pebbles is now enjoying herself and has new friends. The plan is to release her back to where she came from. |
